FEATURES

How it works

We attach beacons, UWB tags, RFID tags, and barcodes to objects. Additionally, receivers are installed in the building. The generated location and process information are sent to docoyo.Trackable and processed from there. Via your computer or mobile device such as smartphones or tablets, you can easily access your data.

Live Tracking and History

Real-time Positioning

Have tracked objects displayed in real time on your virtual map. As the position of the objects is known to the system, you can generate an inventory list (including the current position of the objects) at any time.

History

docoyo.Trackable records the history of your processes so that they can be traced over years. Generate movement profiles and analyze movement paths with the help of spaghetti diagrams, duration and location with the help of heat maps.

Monitoring and Alerting

Let the system inform you if there is a need for action. If urgent alerts occur, docoyo.Trackable can notify the user via email, SMS, Slack, IFTTT or via the user interface. Additionally, external systems can be invoked via REST API, MQTT or AWS SQS if relevant events occur.
You can configure under which conditions an alert is triggered. Thereby, different escalation levels (such as ‘for your attention’ or ‘action required’) can be defined. Your list of tasks makes it possible to deal with alerts according to their priority.
Use this feature to protect zones from unwanted entries or exits, to meet target amounts and wait times in zones or to monitor sensor data. Be informed about failures of beacons or UWB tags and get notified immediately if a system error occurs.

Order Management

Ultimately, everything is centered around orders or processes. That is why we do not follow beacons, UWB tags or barcodes but rather actions. This, for example, can be orders in production or therapies in hospitals.
Normally data sheets exist that accompany orders or processes (e.g. drawn from ERP, WWS or KIS). These can either be filled in manually or with the help of barcode scanners and then be linked to radio tags for automatic tracking.
From that point in time on, it is possible to track the progress of orders and which process steps have occurred.
If production waste or mistakes occur, it is possible to record waste reasons and amounts so you can later analyze the data.

Inventory

With the right system support, you can save a lot of time when it comes to physical inventory. By using code scanners and data entry forms, you can easily monitor the inventory progress and recognize deviations.

Reports and Statistics

Data based on motion sequences that has been gathered by docoyo.Trackable can easily be used to generate reports and statistics. If desired, we can create your individual dashboard with all required key performance indicators, reports and statistics available at a glance and ready for further usage.

Intuitive Use

It is our goal that docoyo.Trackable can be used intuitively. Users such as production workers need to fully focus on the production process itself and should not be diverted by unnecessary complexity of the supporting software program. Data needs to be collected without a need of deliberating what to do. Thus error-proneness and training requirements are very low, and docoyo.Trackable is ready to use.
